With more than 32 years in real estate, Dave Mroch brings experience, insight, and a steady, client-focused approach to every transaction. As a member of NAR, IAR, Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and the Northern Illinois MLS, he stays informed and connected in an ever-changing market.

Dave is a graduate of George Williams College and was one of the first in Illinois to earn the Quality Service Certification, a reflection of his commitment to putting clients first. His career includes time as a broker and manager for major real estate firms in the western suburbs, giving him a strong foundation in both leadership and hands-on client service.

Dave has built a strong reputation in commercial real estate, helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while also working to successfully fill and maintain those spaces. His experience also includes foreclosure properties, new construction, and business brokerage, allowing him to guide clients through a wide variety of opportunities.

As a lifelong Downers Grove resident, Dave has a deep connection to the community he serves. He is a proud father of three and grandfather of one, and is known for his approachable style, reliability, and dedication to helping clients succeed.
