Katie always enjoyed the thrill of buying and selling real estate for their investment portfolio so it made sense to become a REALTOR®. She received her license in December 2018 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Member Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), Member Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and Member of Northern Illinois Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Katie’s degree from Loyola University Chicago in Spanish and Education gives her knowledge on how to communicate and guide people. This Jesuit background helps her see the goodness in all. Her experience working as a Director of Youth Ministry for 18 years allow her the abilities to stay calm, multi-task and deliver quality care even in the most stressful of situations.
Katie’s organization skills alongside Rob’s attention to detail while self-managing their own properties makes their Team Hayes able and ready to serve your Real Estate needs.
Katie and Rob live in Downers Grove with their son and daughter. Katie enjoys her volunteer work with the Advocate Hospice team at Good Sam Hospital. She loves being present with and caring for the families and patients.
