About Kayla Iannelli

She grew up in the suburb of Lombard and has always had a passion for working directly with people. She now lives locally, where she enjoys being part of the same communities she serves alongside her two children. As a member of Team Baker at Platinum Partners REALTORS®, Kayla brings a collaborative approach and strong support system to every client she works with.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Kayla managed a multi-million-dollar restaurant, where she developed strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to customer service. After graduating from Northern Illinois University, she further expanded her knowledge through a yearlong internship focused on rehabs and new construction—an experience that ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.

Kayla understands that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and she truly values the trust her clients place in her. She is dedicated to guiding them through every step of the process with care, communication, and attention to detail.

Outside of real estate, Kayla is passionate about giving back. She has volunteered extensively with Easterseals and Sharing Connections. Known for her approachable personality and strong work ethic, Kayla is committed to making every client experience a positive and successful one.
