About Kim Medici

Licensed since 2007, Kim Medici brings a well-rounded background and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to real estate. As an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois Association of REALTORS®, Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and the Northern Illinois Multiple Listing Service, she stays informed on market trends and best practices to better guide her clients.

Kim holds designations as a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) and Certified Negotiations Counselor (CNC), along with additional training in short sales, foreclosure, and commercial real estate. Her 16 years in the architecture industry give her a unique perspective on design, functionality, and property value—an advantage for both buyers and sellers. She also has experience in commercial sales and multi-family properties, allowing her to support a wide range of real estate needs.

Originally from the Chicago/Oak Lawn area and now residing in Westmont, Kim has strong ties to the local communities she serves. She is a proud parent and enjoys spending her free time bicycle riding and traveling. Known for her professionalism, creativity, and client-first mindset, Kim is dedicated to making every real estate experience smooth and successful.
