Big life changes rarely come with a simple checklist. Relocating may need to fit around a demanding work schedule. Downsizing can mean sorting through decades of belongings and memories. Managing a family home may involve emotions, estate considerations, and several people trying to make decisions together. I help my clients work through these transitions with patience, organization, honest advice, and a plan created around their individual needs.
My approach begins with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I listen carefully, explain the available options, and make sure my clients understand what is happening and what comes next. Most importantly, I work on their timeline. I firmly believe that the right move is not always moving. My job is to listen, educate, and help people determine what makes sense for their lives—not push them into a transaction.
My 18 years in healthcare and athletic training taught me how to remain calm under pressure, advocate for others, and coordinate complicated situations with care. It also gave me firsthand insight into the demanding schedules of healthcare professionals who are balancing a move with long hours and unpredictable days. Having grown up in Westmont, attended college in Naperville, lived in Plainfield, and made my current home in Downers Grove, I know Chicago’s western suburbs as both a real estate professional and a longtime local. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Andy, and our dogs, gardening, cycling, playing softball, cooking, and discovering local restaurants and coffee shops. I call my approach “Home Strategy with Care” because a thoughtful real estate plan should account for more than a property—it should account for the person and the life behind the move.
