About Nancy Thorton

She was raised in Downers Grove and called Naperville home from 1983 to 2022. She now enjoys life in a 55+ Active Adult Community — and absolutely loves it!

With deep roots in the area, Nancy’s connection to Naperville runs decades deep. Having worked and raised her children in Naperville School District 203, she has become a true expert on the community and its neighborhoods. For over 25 years, Nancy served in District 203’s Health Services, where she earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and compassion — maintaining confidentiality while supporting the personal, financial, and emotional well-being of local families.

Nancy’s passion for real estate began more than 25 years ago while working as an assistant for Diane Coyle. She earned her real estate license in April 2018 and now proudly dedicates herself full-time to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams following her early retirement from Naperville Schools.

Today, Nancy is honored that nearly all of her business comes from repeat clients, friends and referrals — a testament to the trust and satisfaction of those she serves. Whether working with Sellers or Buyers, Nancy brings exceptional local knowledge, genuine care, and steady guidance to every transaction.
