Licensed since 1995, Patty Minahan brings decades of experience, professionalism, and a thoughtful, client-first approach to real estate. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Management along with a Master’s Certificate in Negotiations, a LEAN Bronze Certification, and an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation. Her extensive background as a Human Resources Director and consultant has shaped her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and care.

With a well-rounded perspective that also includes freelance photography, Patty brings both analytical insight and a creative eye to the buying and selling process.
