He has been serving clients in real estate since 1984, bringing decades of experience, insight, and a steady, thoughtful approach to every transaction. As a founding member of Platinum Partners REALTORS®, he has helped build the office into what it is today, creating a foundation centered on professionalism, collaboration, and client care.

A REALTOR® and Partner, Phil holds advanced degrees from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College. He is a BPOR designee and has completed extensive coursework in short sales and other areas to continuously strengthen the level of service he provides. His dedication has earned him recognition as a top and multi-million dollar producer year after year.

Before real estate, Phil worked as a teacher and school administrator in Downers Grove, along with time spent teaching outdoor education and wilderness survival skills—experiences that reflect his ability to guide, educate, and support those around him.

Phil is deeply connected to the Downers Grove community, having served as President of the Rotary Club and as a member of both the Zoning Board and Plan Commission. Known for his approachable nature and strong work ethic, Phil is dedicated to helping his clients feel confident every step of the way.
