Rob has been working with his own investment portfolio since 2002 and loved it so much he made a career out of helping others buy and sell property. He became a REALTOR® in February 2011 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Member Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), Member Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and Member of Northern Illinois Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Rob’s degree from Loyola University Chicago in Sociology gives him insight on how to understand people. This Jesuit background helps him see the gift of service and sharing our resources. His experience in the Gaming industry taught him about customer-service and how to stay focused on getting the job done.
Rob’s attention to detail alongside Katie’s organization skills while self-managing their own properties makes their Team Hayes able and ready to serve your Real Estate needs.
Rob and Katie live in Downers Grove with their son and daughter. Rob enjoys his volunteer work with the Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association (CAREIA) where he mentors and guides new investors. He has served as librarian, vice president, president and now secretary and is always happy to talk to someone interesting in Real Estate Investing.
