Growing up around the industry, she was inspired by her mother, Beata Kolpek, whose decades of experience helped shape Sara’s understanding of what it means to truly serve clients. Today, Sara proudly carries that foundation forward as the Team Lead of Team Kolpek, continuing to build on a legacy of dedication and results.

Working alongside her mother, Sara has helped evolve the team’s approach by blending proven strategies with modern tools. She has played a key role in expanding their presence through social media and exploring new ways to connect with clients, while maintaining the high level of service the team is known for. As a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC), Sara understands how to showcase a home’s full potential, helping sellers stand out in the market and achieve strong results.

Sara is also passionate about giving back and is actively involved in the community, regularly volunteering at a local dog shelter. Known for her approachable style and strong work ethic, she is committed to guiding her clients through every step of the buying and selling process with care and confidence.
