Sue is a Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC) and has earned multiple sales awards as part of the Kennedy Team. Earlier in her career, she was recognized with the prestigious Point of Purchase Advertising Institute award for merchandise display design—highlighting her creative eye and ability to present properties in their best light.

Her background includes working as an administrator for a major real estate firm and as a personal real estate assistant, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry from every angle. This experience allows Sue to anticipate her clients’ needs and guide them through each step with confidence and care.

Sue previously lived in Norwood Park and now calls Downers Grove home with her husband, Jack. They have two adult children. Known for her personable approach and dependable work ethic, Sue is committed to building lasting relationships and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
